Return Guidelines

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Our return center is based in Asia, and shipping costs may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from $30 to $60 USD. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us
Send an email to trgcilaimsinfo@163.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide instructions and a return address.

Step 2 – Ship the Item
Pack your item securely and send it to the return address provided. Please use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3 – Refund Processing
Once we receive your item in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

✅ Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are not covered by trgcilaimsinfo. Please check with your courier for estimates.

✅ Right to Decline Returns

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our return standards or to issue a partial refund if applicable.

Order Cancellation

We get it—mistakes happen! You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting our team at trgcilaimsinfo@163.com.
After that window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return it following the steps above.
